My fascination with all things foreign started at a very young age, with much of my childhood being spent in Vietnam, Latin America and the Caribbean. At the time, my father worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development, the State Department, and the United Nations.

I started my career stringing for the Associated Press, while studying photography and journalism at The Ohio
State University. After graduation I worked as a staff photographer for daily newspapers in Ohio and Florida,
before moving to Europe to pursue my freelance career full time.

Now, with over 20 years of experience in editorial and corporate photography, I routinely travel on assignment throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

My work has been published internationally in a variety of newspapers, magazines and books:
The New York Times, International Herald Tribune, Financial Times, Time Magazine, Newsweek, Paris Match,
Der Spiegel, PC World Magazine, Runners World, le nouvel Observateur, l'Express, Bloomberg News, MSNBC.com and Wired.com, comprise just a few of my publication credits.

Recent corporate clients include:
McKinsey & Co., Hewlett Packard, The Carlyle Group, GE Healthcare, Diebold Inc., Taylor & Ives, American Standard, Galapagos N.V., UCB Belgium, Eli Lilly Europe, Exxon Mobile Europe and the European Commission.
